Opening the night are Thistle and Thorn, bringing you the finest traditional country sounds, guaranteed to get everyone on their feet.
Headliners The Gamblers blend electric guitars, driving rhythms and classic country hits to get the whole crowd singing.

FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT
Cowdray & Western is an event for everyone. Whether you’re a lifelong country fan or just love a great night out, this promises to be an evening full of fun and Cowdray spirit. Families are especially welcome, and children under 12 can join the festivities free of charge.
Enjoy vintage funfair attractions and western themed games. You might even meet a cowboy at the saloon.
So, dust off your boots, gather your friends and get ready for a night of great music, dancing, and true country charm beneath the Sussex skies.

FOOD AND DRINK
Throughout the evening guests can enjoy a tempting range of Western-style food and drinks, from smoky barbecue favourites to locally crafted beverages perfect for keeping your energy up between dances.
Sweet treats will be available from De Luca’s ice-cream, with our partners Gusbourne adding a sparkle to your glass at the Saloon Bar.
An open fire cook-out hosted by Cowdray will be available to buy on the night, including pulled pork, sliders and chilli dogs, as well as grilled corn and vegetarian skewers.

FAQ'S
Yes, all ages are welcome. Under 12’s go free, claim your complimentary child ticket with any adult ticket purchase. Limited to 3 under 12’s per adult. Due to the scale of the event, children must be supervised at all times.
All tickets will be sent by email to the address used at the time of purchase.
If your tickets do not arrive five days before the event, please contact our Ticket Office on +440333 2427912 with your order number, which can be found on your email confirmation.
We are a cashless venue so please ensure you bring other methods of contactless or card payments to purchase food and drink.

Outside food and drink is not permitted inside the Cowdray & Western venue.
Cowdray Park Polo Club is committed to safeguarding the wellbeing of all visitors and ensuring that the best possible day out is had by all. As part of this, we are committed to reducing any social harm caused by the excessive consumption of alcohol.
Anyone deemed to be under the influence of drink or drugs may be refused admittance to Cowdray Park Polo Club events.
Anyone lucky enough to appear to be under the age of 25 may be asked for photo ID when purchasing alcohol.
Anyone who appears to have consumed too much alcohol may be asked to leave Cowdray Park Polo Club but will be cared for responsibly by the on-site team.
Anyone with concerns over the safety or well-being of themselves or anyone else at the event should voice their concerns to the security team or find a member of the Cowdray Park Polo Club team.
The following items are prohibited*:
- Flares / fireworks
- BBQs
- Lenses over 300mm
- Personal protection alarms or sprays
- Ambush marketing
- Political slogans
- Rattles or klaxons
- Illegal substances
- Chains and padlocks
- Chalk dust or powder substances
- Large flags over 60cm by 60cm
- All liquids including perfumes and aftershave.
- All food items.
- Please note, all political statements, symbols, images, insignia or emblems are prohibited
from the Lawns Grounds. Please familiarise yourself with the list of items that aren’t allowed
inside the Lawns Grounds.
*People found in possession of these items will have them confiscated and may be escorted off-site by club officials.
