The holy grail of Spanish partying is none other than Ibiza, party capital of the world. It’s where house music reigns supreme. ‘Viva La Vida’ and dance the night away to classic Ibiza 90’s and 00’s anthems spun by the celebrated duo Mark Hobbs and Simon Horn – The Back 2 Back Vinyl DJs.

All those under 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult (21+ years) to gain entry to the venue, limited to four under 18s per adult. Once in the venue, those aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by their responsible adult for the duration of their time at the venue. 16 to 17-year-olds do not need to be accompanied around the venue but must still have their responsible adult on site.

All attendees must bring a valid form of ID to enter the venue.

All tickets will be sent in the post, please note that tickets can arrive as late as five days before the event with our Royal Mail post and tracked post services. If your tickets do not arrive five days before the event, please contact our Ticket Office on +44 0333 2427912 with your order number, which can be found on your email confirmation.

Once in the venue, those aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by their responsible adult throughout the duration of the evening.

Once in the venue, 16 & 17-year-olds do not need to be accompanied around the venue but must still have their responsible adult on site.

If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 years, please ensure you bring a valid form of ID. Cowdray Park Polo Club operates a Challenge 25 policy on the sale of alcohol at all events.

We are a cashless venue so please ensure you bring other methods of contactless or card payments to purchase tickets, food and drink.

‘Ibiza White’ is the theme for 2025, bring out your brightest whites to shine!

Outside food and drink is not permitted inside the Ibiza Night venue.

Cowdray Park Polo Club is committed to safeguarding the well-being of all visitors and ensuring that the best possible day out is had by all. As part of this, we are committed to reducing any social harm caused by the excessive consumption of alcohol.

Anyone deemed to be under the influence of drink or drugs may be refused admittance to Cowdray Park Polo Club events.

Anyone lucky enough to appear to be under the age of 25 may be asked for photo ID when purchasing alcohol.

Anyone who appears to have consumed too much alcohol may be asked to leave Cowdray Park Polo Club but will be cared for responsibly by the on-site team.

Anyone with concerns over the safety or well-being of themselves or anyone else at the event should voice their concerns to the security team or find a member of the Cowdray Park Polo Club team.

The following items are prohibited*:

  • Flares / fireworks
  • BBQs
  • Liquids including perfume/aftershave
  • Lenses over 300mm
  • Personal protection alarms or sprays
  • Ambush marketing
  • Political slogans
  • Rattles or klaxons
  • Illegal substances
  • Chains and padlocks
  • Chalk dust or powder substances
  • Large flags over 60cm by 60cm
  • All food items.
  • Please note, all political statements, symbols, images, insignia or emblems are prohibited from the Lawns Grounds. Please familiarise yourself with the list of items that aren’t allowed inside the Lawns Grounds.

 

*People found in possession of these items will have them confiscated and may be escorted off-site by club officials.
