The Final of the seventh La Aguada Cowdray Park Polo Trophy took place on Wednesday 27th November at La Aguada Polo Club in Open Door near Buenos Aires, Argentina. Irongate beat Print On Demand 8-7 in a close match. Four teams of up to 13 goals played in the tournament which featured the Novillo Astrada brothers in the team line ups.
Also in attendance were Cowdray Park Polo Club’s Polo Manager, Chris Bethell, and The Hon Mrs Lila Pearson, Cowdray’s Vice President, who played with her team Cowdray Vikings, the winners of the Subsidiary Final, after beating Silver Leys 6-4.
La Aguada extended special thanks to their sponsors for their continuing support, the participating players and teams, and to their friends at Cowdray Park Polo Club, who made the trip to La Aguada, the Novillo Astrada family’s club.
