There is no formal dress code for general admission. Dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead. Matches are played from April to September, typically at weekends and on Wednesday afternoons. A polo match lasts around one and a half hours, divided into periods called chukkas (seven minutes each). At half time, spectators are invited onto the pitch for divot stomping, a polo tradition where you tread the turf back down.
